    This clinic is designed to help swimmers develop greater speed and efficiency in the water. Athletes will focus on race-specific skills in a fun and focused environment. 

    This clinic is limited to 30 swimmers in age groups 11 and up.

    Let's kick off our 2026 season with a home intrasquad meet! We will race against each other to work out those race jitters and get a little swim meet practice in. This will be a great meet to get to know each other, learn about the different parent volunteer positions, and have some fun. 

    Come on over to the pool before warmup and set up those tailgates! It'll be a great time to meet and greet everyone on the team. Tailgates with fun themes totally welcome!

    Smoky Mountain Invite is for all swimmers who have not competed in a USA sanctioned swim meet in the last year. This is an outdoor meet held in Alcoa at the Springbrook pool.
