Please check our updated practice schedule for the 2026 season.You must attend your assigned age groups practice time only!  

We will host 2 dry land practices on Tuesday, May 19th & Thursday May 21st at 6:30pm at Gulfwood Pool. We will not be getting in the water these nights. We will meet the coaches, play name games and do some other exercises. This is for the entire team, Little Gators are invited to join us.

Competitive Team - Begins May 26

Monday - Friday Mornings

• 8:00-9:00 - 13&older - in diving well from 8:45-9:00
• 8:30 - 9:30 - 11/12 - in diving well from 8:30-8:45
• 9:15-10:00 - 9/10 - In diving well 9:15-9:30
• 9:45-10:30 - 8&under - In diving well from 9:45-10:00

Monday - Thursday Evenings

• 10&Unders: 7:00-7:45 (7:30-7:45 in diving well)
• 11&older: 7:30-8:25pm
