Hi Gators!

Another week is in the books and we have some updates to share with everyone. Please make note of deadlines and payments that are needed for some events. We are noticing that there might be some confusion with how we are RSVP'ing for some events upcoming which include payments.

Smoky Mountain Invitational - RSVP DEADLINE 12 NOON TOMORROW

Coach Joy must have EVERY swimmers RSVP for Smoky Mountain due by tomorrow June 21 at 12 noon. There will be late entries allowed. You will RSVP your swimmer to commit or decline their attendance AS WELL AS pay an $18 / swimmer fee which can be paid here: Smoky Mountain Entry Fee Payment

Main Event Night - RSVP PAYMENT DUE JUNE 25

Our team will be participating in a fun night in lieu of practice at Main Event in Cedar Bluff! To RSVP your family will simply just pre-purchase tickets via our online store! This event is on July 15 from 5:00pm-9:00pm.

What's included: $26.99 per person who will be playing
- 4 hours of game play (bowling, laser tag, etc.)
- $10 goes towards arcade
- Pizza and unlimited soft drinks

Team Pictures June 23 before Family Fun Night

• Our professional photographer (Brandon Bowling) will be set up to take individual swimmer/sibling photos at the pool starting at 4:30. Photo packages will be available to purchase.
  • Packages and Proofs will all be completed ONLINE this year. No paper forms!

• The 2026 Gulfwood Gators TEAM photo will take place at 5:30 PM. Everyone wear black swimsuits for this photo!

Family Fun Night & Food Trucks Tuesday, June 23

• No evening practice on Tuesday, June 23. We hope to see you ALL at Family Fun Night! Little Gator families included!
• There will be food trucks to purchase meals at the pool! Food trucks will be available for food orders at 5:00. Trucks include: Hamburger Hill, Porton Mexican, and Irveys Ice Cream. Menus attached!
• Fun/Free swim 6:00-8:00 PM. NOBODY should get in the water before free swim begins!!!
• Suit Swap: Do you have a Gulfwood team suit or practice suits that your swimmer has outgrown? Consider bringing them to our Swimsuit Donation & Swap during Fun Night! Drop off donations with Suzanne Roger at Family Fun night and she will organize them by size. Parents of any swimmer are welcome to come look through the available options and take a suit at no cost! Please donate suits if you can!

Gulfwood is known for having an amazing concessions variety during our home meets. Our team does not run without the volunteer support from our families!
