Hi Gator Families!

It was great to see everyone learn and swim fast last week at our Tailgators intersquad meet. This email has general team information about upcoming events, RSVPs, and deadlines. Please make sure to check out and make note of upcoming important time sensitive deadlines.

General Reminders: 

• We are noticing the pool deck is not being returned to its normal state following our use during practice. Please make sure you are picking up all of your belongings, trash and putting chairs back where they belong!
• Please make sure to monitor siblings and young kids playing in the field, driveway and gravel lot during practice times. Due to our practice schedule cars are coming and going. Safety is our priority!

Gulfwood at Gulfpark - Tuesday, June 16

RSVP's are due TODAY!

Please RSVP even if your swimmer is not attending the meet! This will be an away meet, but Gulfpark is just a minute down the road so it's very close and will be a great meet! Little Gators will NOT swim in this meet!

Meet Volunteer Positions are open - we will need ALL volunteer positions to be filled by Monday, June 15. Any open positions will be automatically filled - please do not be volun"told"!

Upcoming Team Events / Deadlines: 

• June 18 - Popsicles after evening practice
• June 19 - Popsicles after morning practice
• June 20 - Main Event Team Social RSVP Due
  • You must RSVP for this event by June 20 by purchasing your swimmer/ family member tickets in advance.

• June 21 - Smoky Mountain Invitational RVP & Payments Due
  • New this year: families who wish to attend the Smoky Mountain Invitational will cover their swimmers meet entry fee ($18/swimmer). Families will need to RSVP their swimmer just like any meet then follow the instructions to pay your swimmers entry fee via our online shop.

• June 30 - Crestwood Hills at Gulfwood
