Tailgator Swim Meet

This will be our practice meet of the season. Swimmers will warm up at 5:30pm. We will begin at 6pm at the pool.

This is your friendly reminder that ALL FAMILIES must volunteer during our swim meets. This meet is a wonderful opportunity for our new families to learn about the different roles, etc. 

Volunteer positions for the TailGators Meet are now posted and live on the website and will close on Wednesday evening at 10:00pm. All families who are attending must volunteer to work a shift. If you are interested in a position but are unsure of what is expected we will teach you the positions and requirements! Stroke and Turn & Computer Data Entry must have proper certifications (S&T) or previous experience in the role (data entry). 

To sign up for volunteer shifts:

1. Log-in to the website with your username and password you established
2. Click "2026 Schedule" tab
3. Go to target meet& click green"Job Sign-Up"
4. Your (parents) names will be listed on next page. Click yellow "Sign Up for Jobs" button for the desired parent.
5. Select the job you wish to sign up for. They are broken into shifts.
6. Click yellow "Save Assignments."

General Team Reminders

• Please make sure to pick up your swimmers on time at the end of their practice.
• Swimmers 8&under must have a parent present for the duration of the practice.
• NO use of tobacco, alcohol or other drugs. This includes vaping. This is GKAISA policy.
• If you swim in the lake and other pools, please wash your swimmers suit before swimming at Gulfwood.
